President Obama’s stimulus package has given birth to news on Government Grants Aimed at Debt Relief for the average American. We have heard news on it but what forms do they come in? Government programs and grants have for the longest time been present for different purposes and for different niches in our country. These are processed and approved by certain government agencies. The fact that we’ve heard stories that the government is giving away cash gives one pause as to what is true and what is not. Are those free checks that will pay for our credit card debt really a fact, a fallacy or an exaggeration from an over optimistic mind.
It is unfortunate that misconceptions about the help our government can offer abound. For the most part you will not get a check amounting to your credit card debt. What you can get is government assistance on your loans, mortgages, etc so as to relieve you of some of your financial obligations.
One of these financial assistance programs in place is the Mortgage Debt Relief. In the field of mortgage, possible foreclosure and debt our government has now become more active in trying to prevent people from losing their homes. The Department of housing and Development can now grant the FHA Secure Loan Program. Families or individuals who are close to foreclosure can benefit from this because it allows you to refinance your mortgage and lower the rate of your monthly payment. Since the mortgage payment will be lowered this means extra money to channel to other payments or expenses. Credit card debt or other loans would certainly indirectly benefit from the FHA Secure Loan Program. (more…)
If you are a student, you probably have limited or no credit (or perhaps even bad credit) but still yet you need a car to get your from Point A to Point B and back again. Walking everywhere is time consumptive and sometimes not weather-permitting. Having a car is definitely a great luxury for a student, but getting the car loan you need is probably something that you do not think can happen – but you are in for a surprise! There are lenders willing to loan money to students just like you to get the car they need today – even if you are unemployed.
Paying For Your Car
Most lenders are educated people. They know that students have some source of income, whether it be in the form of student loans and grants, or if its work-study or income from your parents. That means that there are lenders who will help you get the car you need to make your way around your campus and beyond – without any employment record. And since your government loans and grants are for use for education purposes, its perfectly okay to use them to help make your car payments. (more…)

These also lead to health issues if the debts are not taken care of at the soonest opportunity. If you take a moment to sit back and ponder the idea of the government grant money; you may begin to agree that President Obama is brilliant. The idea of curing the debt problem in The United States to create spending sounds quite remarkable. There are three general categories that each individual may fall in: people that have money that aren’t spending, people that have money but are paying their debt versus spending, and those that have no money that are not paying their debt or spending.
There are still plenty of people in America that have money. However, the problem is they are saving it for a rainy day. It is no hidden fact that people are suffering right now. Statistically, there has always been a certain group of people that would be identified as always being in and out of work. We have now come to the realization that unemployment has found everyone. People that have never been out of work for their entire life are now facing foreclosures and a mountain of debt. People with money are witnessing this and in fear of losing what they have some day are hoarding their cash in savings and safe investments rather than spending like usual. (more…)
Is American administration really disbursing hundreds of billions of dollars to help people clear their debt? This has become a major topic of discussion all around the country and even outside it today. But what is the real fact?
Well, the reports clearly show that American President is taking initiative to help people in such a way that they shall be given some grant from government’s side which is not to be refunded, absolutely as a free gift from the government. This grant will be a true blessing for millions of American households out there who can’t simply bear the burden of their various debts. All the information regarding the amount, mode of payment and the eligibility criteria are available on the government websites.
Many websites have already come up with this hot issue and many discussions have been started on how this will really help the nation. Debates are on the go and implementation may be at various levels and effectiveness may be questioned, but once this happens it shall be a truly unprecedented phenomenon in the history of the nation. Starting a business can be very stressful especially if you have already run out of cash to do the final touches.
The least you would want when you are in this scenario is wrong information that initially lifts your spirit up only to pull it down after having discovered that it was indeed a false hope.
Hector Milla Editor of the “Free Scholarships And Grants” website — http://www.FreeScholarshipsAndGrants.org/free-government-grants-money — pointed out;
“…How many of young entrepreneurs like you believe that you can get free money from the government to start up their business? In reality, this has never been true. Only your parents will give you money with no strings attached so do not be fooled by those ads (and they are many) that claim they can help you get this money. You are looking for money precisely to fund your business and not to spend more…” (more…)
Do you dream to own a personal business of yours? If that’s the case then you may opt for government grants for small business. It would be unwise on your part to start off with a business without sufficient cash in your hand. Most of the small businesses fail due to lack of fund. The government is aware of this fact and hence has offered help in the form of grants to us.
In simple words, you can give your business a new turn with the help of grants. The good thing about these grants is that they come for free. In general, the government grants are offered by the national, regional or local government authorities. These grants cater to the needs of the people who are in desperate need of money. You cannot avail these grants whenever you wish to do so. Instead they are offered within a particular time frame. Hence, you need to extremely specific when it comes to applying for the grants. Government grants for single parents? Are these legit? The is the question that I have a lot of single moms asking me during my 9 to 5 job. The answer is, sometimes, yes. But you have to be very careful as many of these so called single parent grants are not real grants. What happens is that you will have a website requiring you to “pay” for the grant processing or shipping fees. This fee, of course, is non refundable. The problem is that no parent ever gets one of these grants.
Now that doesn’t mean there are not some legitimate government grant programs out there that a parent can apply for. But the vast majority of these so called grants are fakes.
How can you find the real help that you need? Research. Never apply for a grant that does not have some sort of history to it. If you are suspicious about the veracity of a grant, you should spend some time doing research on that grant. You’ll find out quickly whether the grant is legit or not. (more…)
The golden egg for everyone from students to scientists to businesses is to get a grant to do something. There is a host of information in books and on the web regarding the best methods to make this happen. Some sources are better than others, but many people applying for grants lose the forest for the trees.
The average grant application is very interesting to read. Why? Well, the vast majority of applicants seem to have really failed to understand why the grant provider is offering support. When they inevitably get turned down, they take the position that “grants don’t happen” and so on. Well, they do. The key is to understand why a potential grant is being offered.
I’ll give you an example. A few years ago a friend of mine was interested in living in Eastern Europe. He applied for a host of legal grants that were available from the U.S. government. His applications were all along the lines of providing training in civil litigation lawsuits to attorneys and the legal profession in those countries. He could not understand why he was getting turned down right and left. (more…)
